Korean Beef Serves 4, or 2 with leftovers Ingredients 1 lb lean ground beef 3 cloves garlic (minced) 1 TBSP sesame oil 1/2 cup brown sugar 1/3 cup soy sauce 1 tsp ground ginger Red pepper flakes (measure this with your heart) 2 cups rice 2 cups water Chopped veggies of your choice Instructions Start by washing and chopping up your vegetables.
